    Step 3 - Pains of not buying your product or service.
    Using "pains" reminds your consumer from the constant pains they're going through without your products.

    Don't say - This home is inside a perfect location.

    Step four - Pile it On!
    This is when you mention all the options that come with your products or services. You need to mention as many as you can imagine.

    Step five - Reason!
    This is where you know the customer the reason why they need your products or services. Don't elaborate here because it risk turning off many people. Keeping it simple is always the best approach.
